These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Learn With Saurab (https://saurabbanjara.com.np), operated by Saurab Banjara ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who Can Use This Site

The site offers video lectures and study notes for BBS/BBA and Accounting & Finance subjects. It is intended for students and self-learners. By registering, you confirm the account details you provide are accurate.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal to the registered student. Sharing credentials so multiple people access paid content from one account is not permitted, and we may limit the number of active devices/sessions per account or suspend accounts showing signs of sharing or abuse.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free & Paid Content

• Video lectures on this platform are provided free of charge.
• PDF notes, study packs, and bundles are paid products. Access is granted once your payment is verified.
• Paid notes are for personal, non-commercial study use only. Redistributing, reselling, publicly posting, or sharing purchased notes/PDFs is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Payments & Verification

Purchases are completed by paying through the payment method(s) listed at checkout and uploading proof of payment for manual verification by our team. Access to purchased content is granted after your payment is verified, which may take some time. If your proof of payment is rejected, we will let you know the reason and, where applicable, allow you to re-upload corrected proof.

5. Refund Policy

Because notes and study packs are digital products delivered instantly upon verification, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions are made at our discretion for:

• Duplicate or accidental payments for the same item.
• Verified technical errors that prevent you from accessing content you paid for.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of payment at the email address in Section 10.

6. Coupons & Promotions

Discount coupons and promotional offers, where available, are subject to their own stated validity periods and conditions, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or device/session limits.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute site content beyond personal study use.
• Upload false or misleading payment proof.
• Use the site in any way that disrupts its normal operation or another user's access.

8. Advertising

This site may display third-party advertisements (including via Google AdSense) to support free access to our lectures. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies and your choices.

9. Intellectual Property

All lecture videos, notes, text, graphics, and branding on this site are the property of Learn With Saurab or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. Purchasing notes grants you a personal license to use them for study — it does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute them.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including account sharing, payment fraud, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Content is provided for educational purposes to support your exam preparation, on an "as is" basis. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our notes or lectures are free of errors or that they alone guarantee any particular exam result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
